Day 1

69.6kg
Truth is, the more I thing about dieting, the more I put weight on.
But, the Dukan Diet has helped me and it's not difficult to follow.... I just need to carry on.

Day 1
Breakfast: oatbran pancake, 1/3 harvati cheese slice, black coffee
Lunch: salmon fillet, seafood sticks (4), 1 boiled egg
Dinner: turkey mince omelete
Snack: coffee during the day and 1 cup almond milk with cocoa
