Husband is home! Yay!
My day already starts differently.... Exercise in the morning (if you know what I mean), get up earlier than usual, in a better mood, and happy for his appreciation on how my diet is going so far!
Started the gym again today. Is it just an impression or my energy levels are a bit low? I had actually noticed before, and today at the gym I had the confirmation.
15 min on the treadmill
80 ab crunches
10 min on the bicycle
3x 15 adductor + abductor
Not much, and I left the gym almost dying....
Anyway, protein days are a bit boring, but I am trying my best! Getting some great tips/recipes from the other blogs. They have been my diet saver.
