Aha Moment!

I knew that already, and even mentioned it here.... I CANNOT have late snacks! I had far more productive days in my diets when I stopped eating after dinner (coffee and teas allowed though).

So, that's it!
Put the 62kg goal on the side for now and make the NO LATE SNACKS my first mini goal! Let's start with a week.
Will let you know next Monday!

My 8Th Day so far went like this:

Breakfast: Black coffee + 1 chunky slice of my oat bran cake
Lunch: Salmon + asparagus + broccoli (didn't eat much and felt pretty satisfied) + Quark chocolate mousse
Afternoon snack: Black coffee + small slice of oat bran cake

For dinner I am planning a green leafy salad with meatloaf (yeah.... I've made another one for Sunday lunch). And that'll be it for the day.

Tell you what, I stick with the no late snacking policy and I will beat the 62kg goal quicker than Mother's day!!!! I hope!

PS: B just said for the second time this week I am grumpy.... Let me cut the carbs off his diet and I'm sure the house will fall over our heads!!!!
