Mini Goals

I mentioned here on Saturday about setting some mini goals.
OK, I realise I don't have that much weight to loose, but still... It will keep me motivated now, and all the way to/during stabilization phase.

Truth is, I did weigh myself these last days, and this morning I was actually 64.4kg. A 0.2kg GAIN!!! We don't want to gain any weight right now, do we? Still, after all the bingeing on Friday, and no exercises yesterday plus too much oat bran while watching Secret Diary of a Call Girl (I've made a cake!), it's no wonder really.

But today is a new day, and I am sure setting the new goals will help me out!
So, my first goal is to reach 62kg for Mother's Day here (3rd of April this year). I have 20 days to loose 2.4 kg! Doable, right?

How I will treat myself I do not yet know. But I am sure I will think about something nice!

Got B back in playgroup, so I can go back to the gym this week!!!
I am actually looking forward to it!

And here is my cake:

I used the recipe for the moist muffins, but as usual, I can't follow recipes, and ended up with a cake instead. It's so nice and moist (I thought it would be a bit dry), and it actually tastes good!
What I did:

2tbspn oatmeal (see, I couldn't find the wheat bran)
4tbspn oat bran
6 tbspn skim milk powder
3 whole eggs (slightly beaten)
3 tbspn fat free yoghurt
1 small low fat strawberry flavoured yoghurt (it will be fat free next time, surely)
3 tbspn sweetner
1 tspn baking powder
vanilla essence to taste

I've mixed all in a bowl, and placed in a small baking tray. I've used a zeeuwse knop bakvorm from the Netherlands. Mixture went straight in and still nothing sticked.

Like I said, had a few slices last night and had it for breakfast this morning.
One thing I have to say though, it definitely solved one problem that was really starting to bother me since Friday.... It's not even 10h and I've been to the toilet twice already!
