Day 10 PV

I was just about giving up this morning. My weight hasn't stopped fluctuating since I've finished the Attack Phase one week ago, and I am now actually almost 0.5kg more than when I've started the Cruise Phase. But... My period just started this afternoon, so I guess that explains another binge eating last night (not as bad as last week, but still...) and the weight issue.

One other thing.... this eat all you want from the allowed foods doesn't really work when you are not that overweight. I have been reading other blogs from people on the Dukan Diet, and like I said, they have been my diet saver, but we are at very different points in our diets. I am sure they will feel this when they get closer to their target weight.
Still, I am addicted to those blogs, love the recipes and tips I get and really, really want to succeed like they have and still are.

So, here what I've had so far:

Breakfast: Black coffee and oat bran cake
Made a new cake yesterday with just fat free natural yoghurt AND almond extract. It's like eating pears and almond tart without the pears (one of my favourites desserts EVER)
Note to self: when fruits are allowed.... hmmmmmmmmmm........

GYM:
10min cross trainer
30min treadmill
100 ab crunches
various legs and arms exercises (20 min in total)

Lunch: Poached salmon fillet (added 2 tspn of mustard in the boiling water) + leafy salad (really nice)
Another piece of my oat bran cake with black coffee for dessert

For dinner I am planning soup with boiled eggs (love it)
