So not motivated!!!! Scale showing 64.3kg and that really puts me down.... It's not like I am eating the whole day or cheating on the diet!!! How could my weight stagnate after just ONE week and then go up???? My motivation right now is a big fat ZERO!
I almost gave up today, but it is way too early, right?
Won't weigh myself till Friday, and tomorrow I am going to the gym. And I do hope I see some difference on the scale.
