I will definitely continue with proteins only for another day!
Well, having read the book and understood the principles of Dr Dukan's diet, I knew I would loose a lot of weight on the Attack Phase, simply because I do retain a lot of liquid in my body! I know what should be done to avoid all that, but truth is, I still like all the things I shouldn't.
I am drinking loads of water (nothing I cannot carry on doing afterwards), decreased the amount of salt I use in my cooking, etc, etc, and the result is I have passed more urine than during the end of my pregnancy... But my lips are luscious, my elbows and knees are not white-dry anymore, and that's only after 2 days! And the best of all, I CANNOT wait to eat salad!
Just another day, and I start the Cruise Phase!
PS: Made Chicken Tikka last night for dinner, using Non Fat yoghurt - GREAT!
PPS: Tested a recipe for coffee puding from the South Beach Diet book... Added a little bit more of sweetener, waited patiently till it had been in the fridge for about 2 hours and voila!!! It was nice!
