I have tried the Dukan Diet before with my husband, and we were doing great... I guess we just set ourselves a very difficult task (difficult for us): start a diet in December. So things kind of started going wrong between Xmas and New Year.
Now, let me tell you, I already hate dieting, and dieting during the winter???? I'm weak! Weak! Weak! And have a love for food...
So, the 3,5kg I've lost are back, my eating habits are bad, very bad again, and truth is I've had enough!
To make everything worse, I have a wardrobe full of beautiful size 10 clothes that I can't wear and summer is just around the corner.
So.... I decided to give Dr Dukan another go, and made today the first day of the rest of my life! I want a nice, healthy me again.
I read over and over in all those magazines I am always buying that a food diary helps you loose weight. I hope it does!!!
